2. Eligibility

To use Find My Match, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a human user (no bots or automated accounts).
• Not have been previously banned or removed from the platform.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and current information in your profile.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Account Registration & Security

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Find My Match to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam).
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Solicit money or financial information from other users.
• Post or share sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content.
• Use the platform for prostitution, escort services, or any illegal activity.
• Collect or harvest personal data of other users without their consent.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.

5. Profile Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post on your profile. By posting content, you grant Find My Match a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.

6. Subscription & Payments

Find My Match offers both free and premium membership plans. Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions, is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

Find My Match is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will find a romantic partner through the service, or that any matches suggested will be compatible with you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find My Match shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or emotional distress resulting from interactions with other users.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
